Welcome to the DFW Hooligans website. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.  

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this site the right way—no illegal activity, no scams, no messing with the functionality.

You must be 18+ or have permission from a parent/guardian to use this site or make purchases.

2. Products & Availability

We sell streetwear, motorcycle parts, and gear built by riders for riders.

  • Everything is subject to availability. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
  • We can change, update, or discontinue products whenever we want.
  • What you see is what you get—but colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in USD.
  • Prices can change at any time—no warning.
  • If there’s a pricing mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • Orders don’t move until payment is received in full.
  • Fraudulent or sketchy orders will be canceled immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Once your order leaves our hands, it’s on the carrier.
  • We are NOT responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues.
  • If you enter the wrong shipping info, that’s on you—and may cost extra to fix.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final unless we say otherwise.
  • If we approve a return/exchange:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
    • Must be returned within 30 days.
  • Return shipping is on you unless we mess up your order.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

We keep it real—there are NO guarantees beyond what’s stated here.

  • All products are sold “as-is” unless otherwise specified.
  • No warranties (express or implied), including:
    • Merchantability
    • Fitness for a specific purpose
  • We do NOT guarantee:
    • Parts will fit every setup
    • Parts are street legal in your area
    • Performance results

If you install something wrong, misuse it, or push it past its limits—that’s on you.

7. Motorcycle Parts & Use Disclaimer

Our parts and accessories are built for off-road, stunt, or show use unless clearly stated otherwise.

  • Riding is risky. Stunt riding is even riskier.
  • You assume ALL responsibility when using our products.
  • We are NOT liable for:
    • Injuries
    • Damage to bikes
    • Property damage
    • Legal issues

If you don’t know how to install something—get a professional.

8. Events, Shows & Ride Outs

DFW Hooligans hosts and participates in rides, stunt shows, and events.

By attending or participating:

  • You accept ALL risks involved.
  • You are responsible for your own safety and actions.
  • We are NOT liable for:
    • Injuries or death
    • Bike damage
    • Theft or loss
    • Legal consequences

If you ride reckless—that’s your decision, not our responsibility.

9. Sponsorships & Event Contracts

If you book us, partner with us, or sponsor anything:

  • All agreements must be in writing.
  • Deposits (if required) are non-refundable.
  • Final payment terms will be outlined per agreement.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Cancel or reschedule due to safety concerns, weather, or unforeseen issues.
  • You (the client/sponsor) are responsible for:
    • Proper permits
    • Safe event conditions

We are here to put on a show—but we’re not responsible for poor planning on the host side.

10. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—logos, designs, slogans, graphics—is owned by DFW Hooligans.

That includes “Kill Tires Not Communities” and all branded visuals.

  • Do NOT copy, reproduce, or use anything without permission.
  • Jacking our designs will result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

DFW Hooligans is NOT responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from:

  • Using our site
  • Buying our products
  • Attending our events

You use, ride, and participate at your own risk.

12. Privacy

We respect your info. We don’t sell your data.

13. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms at any time. No notice needed.

If you keep using the site after changes are made, you accept the new terms.
